CONSTRUCTION
Building with Quantum: Always take into account normal building practices.
- Quantum Emulsion (QE) - Typically applied at depth of 250mm 0.8Litres per cubic metre.
- Quantum Powder Formulation (QPF) - 40kg per cubic metre treating top 100cm. The above application rates are typical but subject to design and the specific nature of the subgrade to be treated.
Treated material must be at OMC before compaction.
For applications with optimal machinery (Wirtgen or similar), QE will be mixed concurrent with pulverisation to approved depth.
Treated and prepared material if required can be stored for unlimited periods of time when ready to use just work in moisture to reach OMC then compact.
